Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you can cancel or make changes within 24 hours by contacting our support team at support@thetrendhub.store. After 24 hours, the order is processed, and we may not be able to make changes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over RS 2000. For other orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
